Requirements
All parents must fill out a few forms. The questions are designed to get us acquainted with your pet and allow us to interact with them safely and use key words that they are familiar with.
If you'd like to fill them out in advance, please call us and we will be happy to email or fax them and you can bring them with you.
1. Our guests must be a minimum of (5) five months of age and current on all vaccinations.
2. Pets must be currently on a topical anti-flea medication such as Frontline™ or Advantage™. We will not accept any pets if parasites are found on them.
3. We do not accept un-neutered males over the age of one year, unruly or aggressive dogs or pets that are not house-trained unless they go into one of our training programs... there are no exceptions.
4. Must be in overall good health.
5. All dogs must have current vaccination records to include:
DHLPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus)
Bordatella - Within 6 months
Rabies - Within 3 years
All vaccinations must have been given at least seven (7) days prior to arrival and not more than one year prior to arrival.
All parents must provide copies of proof of vaccinations prior to their pet's stay here at PPCS.
Medication:
If your pet is taking medication, we will distribute it according to your veterinarians instructions.
All containers must be properly labeled and state dosage per your veterinarian. Your pet's well being is our foremost priority.
